FASST Prospect

FASST Prospect is for the high school football player and middle school player that is looking to one day play college football. We have been assisting our athletes for the past 8 years with their preparation for the various high school combines, showcases, and Nike events. The FASST Prospect Academy will not only assist with getting our players ready for the various combines but will also give them advanced training in the following football skills:

  • Hand Eye Coordination
  • Release techniques for zone and press coverage
  • Ball Handling
  • Stance and Starts
  • Coverage Recognition
  • Route Running and Adjustments
  • Position Specific Speed, Agility, and Reaction Training
  • Blocking Strategies
  • Play-Action Fakes

FASST Youth Academy

The FASST Youth Academy is a must for the developing football player. Athletes ranging from ages 8-12 can learn the basic football skills year round in this fun and stimulating environment. Learn from some of the areas premier football coaches and players the skills needed to get the edge on the gridiron. Players will learn the following:

  • Hand Eye Coordination and Ball Skills
  • Ball Handling
  • Stance and Starts
  • Basic Coverage Skills
  • Route Running
  • Position Specific Speed, Agility, and Reaction Training

FASST Air Assault

FASST Air Assault is a must for any skill position player looking to build their ball skills, route running, and defense recognition reads during the off-season. This camp focuses on the skill position players and enables them to get the extra reps needed to sharpen their skills before the season begins. Work with the areas elite skill position players on the following areas:
