FASST Small Group Training

Small group training is our most popular training and we are highly selective with who works with us. This package is designed for highly motivated and competitive athletes who are looking to take their training to the next level. In this training package, athletes work together to improve their speed, agility, power, and overall athleticism. During a typical session, athletes will work on dynamic flexibility, footwork and agility, jumping techniqe, and strength training. Take advantage of working with one of our experts and learn the techniques that the Lehigh Valley's elite athletes have used to compete on a national and international level.

Training entails access to Keiser Fitness Equipment. The same equipment utilized by the best athletes in the world.

FASST Team Training

Team training is provided throughout the year at either our facility or at the team’s training site. These camps lasts between 4-8 weeks dependent on the groups training schedule. This training program is great for teams who want to make the most of their off-season. In this type of training situation coaches from FASST bring in state of the art instruction and combine this with the newest in speed technology. With this winning combination, teams see significant gains in their speed, strength, and agility. Another benefit of this training is teamwork. After 4-8 weeks of intense training the camaraderie between the players is evident throughout the season.

FASST Gym Packages

FASST First Step

Like anything in life, it all starts with a first step. That’s why we created the FASST First Step program for the 8-12 year old developing athlete. This program focuses on:

  • Movement and running mechanics
  • Dynamic flexibility
  • Body weight and core stability
  • Hand eye coordination
  • Reaction and agility training
  • Fundamentals of Goal Setting

After training in our First Step program, the developing athlete will have the needed elements to compete at their maximum when it counts the most.

FASST Acceleration

Once you develop your first step you need to accelerate past your opponents. This is the goal of our FASST Acceleration program. This training program is for athletes between the ages of 13-15 and is looking to build their overall athleticism. This program focuses on:

  • Advanced movement and power applications
  • Resisted and over-speed training utilizing Keiser training equipment
  • Kettle Bell and free weight training programs
  • Specialized training protocols relevant to sports specific movement patterns
  • Specific Goal Setting and planning

After working in our acceleration program, the progressing athlete will learn the proper motor patterns to move and perform at a faster and more explosive level.

 

FASST Top Speed

After you accelerate past your opponent it is time to close the deal and hit top speed. Our top speed program is reserved for the serious high school athlete ranging from 16-18 years of age that is looking to one day participate in collegiate athletics. This program focuses on:

  • Specialized power and speed protocols relevant to combine/showcase/evaluation events
  • Combination power, speed, reaction, and energy training needed for high level performance
  • Advanced training programming relevant to creating the elite athlete
  • Assistance with communicating training results and progress to high school and collegiate coaches when applicable
  • Outcome and performance goal setting for long term success

After completing our top speed program, the athlete will be well prepared to meet the challenges of higher level competition.

 

Beyond FASST

It is the intent of all serious athletes to one day reach the highest level of play. This may be competing at the Division I or professional level. Regardless of what this level looks like for the athlete, FASST offers our Beyond FASST program. This program focuses on what it takes to outrun, out compete, and outperform the competition. The athlete will:

  • Utilize state of the art equipment and training methodology
  • System and sport specific movement developments
  • Advanced plyometric and complex movement motor pattern development
  • Synergistic training plan that will allow seamless transition into the team workout
  • Advanced short/long term goal development

When the athlete concludes this training program, they will be in the best shape of their lives and able to excel at the collegiate and professional level.

*Athletes can freeze their plan one time if they are registered for either a 3 or 6 month plan
